Two thousand photos, delivered the same day.

PopStudio is one of our own products: we designed it, built it and run it ourselves. Guests have their photo taken at an event and receive it by email, usually before they have left the room.

The problem

Event photos usually arrive days later, if they arrive at all. Organisers wanted guests to walk away with their photo while the event still mattered to them.

What we built

A complete platform: guest check-in by QR code, camera stations, automatic processing and email delivery, plus an organiser's dashboard to run it from.

The result

At one event it delivered close to two thousand photos in a single day, and nearly every guest who asked for theirs by email had it within a minute.

We run what we build

PopStudio is in front of real guests on real event days, where a slow system or a missed email is obvious straight away. Running our own products is how we know what it takes to host, maintain and support software after launch.
