For IT managers, IT providers and the people who work with them

We work with your IT team, not around them.

A new system only sticks if the people who look after your technology are comfortable with it. We come from an IT background, so we bring your IT team or provider in early and keep their side of the work simple.

Least-privilege access · Requests in writing · Hosted by us or handed over with documentation

What your IT team can expect

They stay in charge

Whether IT is one person in-house, a department or an outside provider, the rules are the same.

Access is asked for, not taken

We request only the access a piece of work needs, in writing, with the reason. Your IT team approves it, and we don't hold standing admin rights to your systems.

Hands-on with the stack

Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SharePoint, Business Central and Google Workspace, plus what sits underneath: DNS, email domains, Cloudflare, servers and networks.

Secure by default

Least-privilege access, no passwords or keys in code or email, and nothing hidden: whoever hosts it, your IT team can see how it's built and what it touches.

Hosted by us, or handed to you

We can host and maintain what we build for a fixed monthly fee. Or we hand it over fully, with a written note of what was built, where it runs, what access it uses and how to turn it off.

How it runs

IT is in the loop from the first week

1

Before we build

Your IT team gets a short technical brief: what we plan to build, where it will run and what access it will need. They raise concerns before any work starts.

2

During the build

Access requests arrive in writing, one at a time, each with its reason. Where your IT team prefers to make a change themselves, they do.

3

Before go-live

We walk your IT team through the finished system before your staff use it: what it does, what it touches and how to switch it off.

4

After go-live

We host and maintain it, or hand it over with the code, the data and the documentation.

Questions IT teams ask

Straight answers for the technical side

What access will you need?

Only what the piece of work needs: for example an app registration, a specific permission or a shared mailbox. Each request comes to your IT team in writing, with the reason, and they approve it.

Do you need admin rights to our systems?

No. We don't hold standing admin rights. Where a change needs elevated access, your IT team can make it themselves from our written request.

Where will it run, and where is our data stored?

We tell you before anything is built: where the system runs, where its data is stored and which outside services it uses. If it needs to sit inside your own Microsoft 365 or cloud environment, we scope it that way.

How do you handle passwords and keys?

Never in code and never by email. Secrets sit in the hosting platform's own secret store, and anything issued to us can be revoked by you at any time.

Which AI services do you use, and what data do they see?

We name the AI service and exactly what data is sent to it before a build starts, so your IT team can assess it. Where AI drafts something, a person reviews it before it goes anywhere.

Can staff sign in with their existing accounts?

Yes, where the platform supports it. For example, staff can sign in with the Microsoft accounts they already have instead of a new password.

What do we get at handover?

A written note of what was built, where it runs, what access it uses and how to switch it off, along with the code and the data.

Who looks after it once it's live?

Your choice. We can host and maintain it for a fixed monthly fee, or hand it over fully to your IT team. If you start with us and move later, we hand everything over.

No IT team?

That's common, and it's fine

Plenty of businesses have no one whose job is technology. In that case we host and look after what we build, explain every decision in plain English, and keep the handover option open for the day you do have IT support.

Bring your IT team to the call

The discovery call is free, and your IT manager or provider is welcome on it. Technical questions are easier answered at the start.
