Fixing that takes more than new software. A system only pays off when people use it, and plenty of well-built ones are quietly abandoned for the old spreadsheet. So we design for the people first and the technology second.

That shapes how every piece of work runs. We start with how your business really operates, recommend the simplest fix that will stick, and build it inside the tools you already run on. Sometimes that involves AI. Often it's a better system and no AI at all, and we'll say so.

• Founder-led. William leads the client work, from the discovery call through to handover.
• Prices are fixed and in writing. Scope, deliverables and fee are agreed before any work starts.
• We work inside what you have. New software only when it clearly earns its place.
• Your IT team stays in charge. Access is requested in writing, and nothing is hidden from them. How we work with IT teams.
• Hosted or handed over. We run what we build for a fixed monthly fee, or hand it to your IT team with documentation.
• A straight answer. If a better process would fix it and you don't need us, we'll tell you.

System Advance Limited is a New Zealand company based in Auckland. We meet clients in person around Auckland and work remotely with businesses and organisations across the rest of New Zealand.
