AI Bootcamp terms

Last updated: 22 October 2026

These terms apply when you book a spot in the AI Bootcamp from System Advance Limited ("we", "us", "our"). "You" means the person attending. If a business booked the spot for you, "you" also means that business. Our general Terms & Conditions cover our other services; for the bootcamp, these terms apply.

System Advance Limited, a New Zealand limited company

1. What you are booking

The bootcamp runs for one group of up to six people (in these terms, "the group").

2. Price and payment

A spot costs NZ$99, paid in full by card when you book. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Stripe emails your receipt.

3. The group needs at least three people

The group runs only if at least three spots are booked by Friday 13 November 2026. If fewer are booked, we will cancel the group's sessions, tell you by email, and refund you in full to the card you paid with.

4. What you need to bring

These are yours to arrange and are not included in the $99. If your computer belongs to your employer, check with them before session 1 that you may install the tools; we can't work around a locked computer during a session.

5. Refunds

Missing a session is not in itself a reason for a refund, because every session is recorded. You can transfer your spot to someone else at no charge any time before session 1 by emailing us their name and email address.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Nothing in this section limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993: if we don't deliver the sessions with reasonable care and skill, you are entitled to a remedy whatever stage we are at.

6. If a session has to move

If we need to move a session, we will tell you by email at least 48 hours beforehand, except in an emergency, and run it at a new time within 14 days of the original date. If you can't make the new time, you get the recording. If we move two or more of the group's sessions, you may ask for a refund for the sessions you could not attend.

7. Recordings

We record the parts of each session where William is teaching, and pause the recording while attendees share their own screens. A recording can still include the voices of everyone attending and the cameras of anyone who turns theirs on. By attending, you agree to be recorded; you're welcome to keep your camera off. Recordings are shared only with the people in your group, for their own use, and stay available for 12 months after session 3. Please don't share, publish or re-upload them, in whole or in part.

8. The starter kit and what you build

The starter kit is ours. You may use it and change it for yourself and your own business, but you may not sell it or pass it on as a product. Anything you build during the bootcamp (your AI brain, your tool and your skills) is yours.

9. What we promise

We will run the sessions with reasonable care and skill and give the help described in section 1. What you build also depends on the work you put in between sessions and on the services you bring: Claude, GitHub and Cloudflare are run by other companies and can change without notice. We don't promise any particular result for your business.

10. Looking after each other

It's a small group. Be straightforward and kind with each other, and don't share other attendees' details or work outside the group.

11. Your information

We use your booking details (your name, email, phone number and your answers to the booking questions) to run the bootcamp and to follow up with you about how your tool is going. We don't sell or share them, and we only add you to a mailing list if you ask. Our Privacy Policy explains the rest, including how the bootcamp pages measure our ads.

12. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the bootcamp, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, the Fair Trading Act 1986 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

13. Law and contact

These terms are governed by New Zealand law. Questions about the bootcamp or these terms: [email protected].
